ne999 started with a straightforward idea: give players in Pakistan an online gaming platform that actually works for them — local payment methods, a real mobile experience, games they enjoy, and a team that takes player support seriously. That idea has not changed. Everything else has grown around it.
ne999 was put together by a group of people who understood, from personal experience, that Pakistan's online gaming market was being underserved. The platforms that existed were mostly built for other markets and then made available here as an afterthought. Payments were a constant headache — most required dollar-denominated cards or international e-wallets that the average player in Lahore, Karachi or Peshawar simply did not have. Games were fine on a desktop but borderline unusable on the Android handsets that most people actually own. Customer support, when it existed at all, was staffed by teams with no understanding of local context.
The team behind ne999 decided to approach it differently. Rather than adapting a foreign platform for Pakistan, they built ne999 from the ground up with Pakistan as the primary market. That meant integrating JazzCash and Easypaisa as first-class deposit and withdrawal options from day one. It meant optimising the mobile experience for mid-range Android phones on 4G networks, not just premium devices on fibre broadband. It meant hiring support staff who understand Pakistan, speak naturally with local players and are available around the clock.
The games library at ne999 reflects what Pakistan players actually enjoy. Live baccarat and Dragon Tiger are among the most-played games — both fast, simple and genuinely exciting. Slots from top international studios give players who prefer spinning reels a deep selection to work through. Fish games have built a loyal following among players who enjoy interactive, skill-influenced gameplay over pure luck. The sports section covers cricket with particular depth — PSL coverage, T20 internationals, domestic matches — alongside football and esports for variety.
Growth at ne999 has been built on one thing above everything else: players recommending it to other players. When a withdrawal arrives in your JazzCash wallet within minutes rather than days, when a live chat query gets resolved in under five minutes by someone who actually understands your question, when the mobile app works smoothly during a PSL evening match — those experiences create the kind of word-of-mouth that no advertising budget can replicate. That is the foundation ne999 has been built on, and it is the standard the team holds itself to every day.
The founding team identified a clear gap in Pakistan's online gaming market and began building ne999 specifically for local players — not as a reskin of a foreign platform, but as something designed from scratch with Pakistan in mind.
JazzCash and Easypaisa integration went live, making ne999 the first platform in its segment to offer fully local PKR deposits and withdrawals without any currency conversion step.
The live casino section launched with baccarat, roulette and Dragon Tiger. HD streaming from professional dealer studios began attracting players who wanted the real table experience from their phone.
The ne999 Android app launched alongside the full VIP loyalty programme — giving regular players tangible rewards, faster withdrawals and priority support as they moved up the tiers.
ne999 deepened its cricket coverage significantly around PSL and international T20 calendars, with dedicated promotions, live match events and special bonuses tied to Pakistan's biggest cricket moments.
ne999 serves over half a million registered players across Pakistan, with a team that continues to expand the game library, improve payment options and refine the mobile experience based on real player feedback.
Six things that make a real difference for Pakistan players
ne999 is optimised for Android devices on 4G connections — the way most people in Pakistan actually play. The interface is touch-friendly, pages load fast on mid-range handsets and the app keeps working smoothly even on a congested network.
Every transaction at ne999 happens in PKR. Deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — no dollar conversions, no third-party e-wallets, no confusing currency maths. The amount you deposit is the amount that lands in your balance.
PSL, T20 internationals, domestic cricket and more — ne999 covers Pakistan cricket with the depth it deserves. Special promotions run around major matches, and the sports section is updated in real time throughout tournaments.
ne999 live chat is staffed around the clock by a team that understands local context — whether you have a question about a deposit, a game outcome or your VIP points balance. Most queries are resolved within minutes, not hours or days.
The ne999 VIP programme has four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every PKR you play through earns points. Higher tiers unlock better cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive tables and a dedicated account manager for the top levels.
ne999 provides deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion tools for players who want them. We believe gaming should stay enjoyable — and we take our responsibility to adult players seriously, including clear 18+ enforcement at registration.
Every decision the ne999 team makes traces back to a small set of principles. These are not written on a wall somewhere — they show up in how the platform works, how support responds and what gets prioritised when resources are limited.
If a feature or process makes the player's experience harder, it gets fixed — regardless of how long it has been there. Feedback from real users shapes how ne999 evolves, not assumptions made in an office.
Slow withdrawals, laggy live streams and payment errors are the things that make players leave. ne999 invests heavily in infrastructure to keep processing times fast and uptime high — especially during peak cricket seasons.
Player data at ne999 is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Deposit and withdrawal credentials are handled through encrypted channels at every step.
Games at ne999 come from certified providers with independently verified RTP figures. Bonus terms are written to be readable and the platform does not rely on hidden conditions to manage payouts.
ne999 treats responsible gaming as an operational priority rather than a compliance checkbox. Tools are available, limits are enforceable and support staff are trained to recognise and respond to signs of problematic play.
ne999 covers the full range of online gaming categories that Pakistan players look for, all in one place and all accessible from the same PKR balance.
